The store is part of your IslandSites site (J$5,000/month). Together it's J$5,000 + J$2,500 per month.
Is this the same as Ezy Cart?
It runs on Ezy Cart, the store software built by Ezy Web Pro and used by Jamaican stores for years. Need multi-vendor, POS or something bigger? That's a custom Ezy Web Pro build.
