IslandSites ("we", "us") is a trading name of Ezy Web Pro, Mandeville, Jamaica. We build and host template websites for businesses on a monthly subscription.
For the monthly fee we set up a website from one of our templates using the content you supply, host it, keep it secure and backed up, provide a WhatsApp button and contact form, help set up your Google Business Profile, make reasonable small changes on request, and support you on WhatsApp during business hours. Add-ons (online store, online bookings, domain registration, business email) are priced separately and billed with your monthly.
Service starts when your first month is paid. Fees are billed monthly in advance in Jamaican dollars by bank transfer or card. We send a reminder before each renewal. If a payment is more than 7 days late we may suspend the site until it's settled.
You confirm you have the right to use the text, photos, logos and other material you give us, and that it's accurate and lawful. You own your content. We own the template design and code; you have a licence to use them on your site while you subscribe.
"Small changes" means updates to text, prices, hours, photos and similar — typically done within two business days. New pages, redesigns, custom features and content writing are outside the monthly and quoted separately (usually by Ezy Web Pro).
Domains we register for you are registered in your name and remain yours. Renewal fees are billed annually. If you cancel, we'll help you point the domain elsewhere.
Cancel anytime by WhatsApp or email. The site stays live until the end of the paid month, then comes down. We keep a backup for 30 days and can provide your content on request. Monthly fees already paid are not refunded.
We aim for the site to be available at all times but can't guarantee it; hosting, domains and third-party services can fail. Our liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months. We're not liable for lost profits or indirect loss.
No unlawful, misleading, infringing or harmful content; no spam. We may remove content or end service for breaches.
We may update these terms; we'll post changes here and notify you of material ones. Continued use means acceptance.
